Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the country’s economic system, contributing significantly through job creation, value generation, and income distribution. SMEs serve in various capacities, including manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. However, many SMEs continue to face challenges and limitations, such as limited access to information and news, insufficient funding, and a lack of systematic management and business administration knowledge.

Recognizing the importance of SMEs, the Phuket Chamber of Commerce has initiated a collaborative approach by integrating support from various organizations to promote and strengthen SME development. As part of this initiative, the SME Clinic was established as a service center providing consultation, business knowledge, and support activities beneficial to SME entrepreneurs.

Objectives

1. To provide consultation services for business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals who are starting a business but lack essential information, knowledge, and understanding required for business operations.

2. To provide guidance and support for entrepreneurs facing challenges in various aspects of business management and operations.

3. To enhance the competitiveness and capabilities of SMEs.

Services and Activities

1. Business consultation services in various areas, including business startup guidance, business plan development, and loan application support.

2. Training programs and workshops on topics related to business operations and entrepreneurship.

3. Activities supporting marketing channels, product distribution, and access to funding sources.

4. Knowledge-sharing sessions and experience exchanges with successful entrepreneurs.
